CANCELLATION POLICY

If you give us less than 24h/48h notice or NO SHOW for your booked appointment(s) we reserve the right to retain in full your deposit or we will charge cancellation  fee.

Retain a deposit? Is that a little bit harsh? Well, we value your time, likewise our time is valuable and we are making a commitment to you to be ready with our staff and resources. We deny other clients whom might want that time slot, so that we are ready to perform your treatment upon arrival. 

APPOINTMENTS

For all our clients to enjoy a prompt appointments schedule, late arrival for any appointment may result in the shortening of the appointment time, or may mean that we are unable to provide the treatment booked. We recommend that you arrive 5-minutes before your appointment time.

CONSULTATION

On your first visit to Butterfly effect beauty salon, you will be asked to complete a confidential consultation form which your therapist will discuss with you to ensure that your visit is tailored to your personal requirements. Consultations are available on request at any time.

CHILDREN

For health and safety of children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in the salon.

GIFT VOUCHERS

We will be pleased to assist you with any treatment package selection of gift vouchers. Credit cards are accepted at reception, and we will be happy to send the gift vouchers directly to the recipient for you.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Security deposits are taken for treatments such as permanent make up, and eyelash extension.
